When Franklin Templeton Investments originally rolled out their translation centralization strategy, they planned to have a small team located in the CET time zone only. In order to support all the FTI teams in different time zones, they always knew they needed a TMS with automation functions that route a translation request to the appropriate vendor without the CET team having to manually assign it. Magdalena Gawlik will give an insight into how the corporate translation department at Franklin Templeton has benefited from using Plunet’s automated workflows over the last year.
