are used to transport the hot and cold water between solar thermal panels and
hot water storage tank. Platinflex solar hoses are installed to system for solar

flexible metal hose line simply by yourself.
The Simple Cut & Fit System has long time, is suitable for drinking
water and is ideal for almost all Water pplications.
1. Cut the hose at your desired length by means of a standart Tube
Cutter
2. Pass a swivel nut over the hose
3. Squeeze the last corrugation of the hose by means of special
Hammer
This way a smooth surface for a leakage-free gasket application will be
prepared.Fasten an appropriate segment right behind the squeezed
corrugation.
( you need for all process only 3-4 minutes and applicable for hot and
cold water applicaitons. )

12. Extensible Water Hoses
EXTENSIBLE WATER HOSES
With their closed pitch corrugated structure, this hoses
provide a highly flexible and extensible connection for Water
application. It can be manufactured with or without polyolefin
based cover. Extensible Water hoses are exposed to special
heat treatment. Heat Treatment eliminates the stresses
caused by the tubing, mechanic forming and fitting welding
processes and increases the flexibility as well as the corrosion
resistance of hoses while reducing the spring rate accordingly.
Heat treatment helps hose to save the form and the shape
given.
