Our spice rubs aren’t just made for regular barbeque cooking. When it comes to lamb, our spice
blend is the perfect compliment to an oven roasted leg or shoulder roast, barbecue grill lamb
skewers, or as lamb burger seasoning. You can add our spice rub to yoghurt for Mediterranean style
dishes, or to stews & casseroles for stunning, rich avour.

lamb, then let it sit for up to an hour before cooking. To create a wet marinade, mix seasoning rub
