Operations:
Manage the day to day operations in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize
profitability and efficiency.
Develop strategic goals which will help make a significant impact on growth of the company.
Ensure operational costs are kept to a minimum.
Equip the new joiners with the knowledge, practical skills to carry out the day to day work-related
tasks.
Develop training methods which will determine information on various strategic action plans and
reviews for the company.
Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards.
Supervise and administer the sales and leasing agents and ensure that they adhere to the company
policies and procedures.
Prepare operational reports for the Line Manager and report on weekly basis.
Work effectively with the Line Manager to implement various cost effective policies and procedures
and help maximize the revenues thus enhancing the profitability of the company.
Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like Dubai Land Department, Rent Dispute
Committee, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense to ensure that all the revenue generating
departments adhere to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of Dubai.
Manage and implement new IT and Technical systems and software which can help improve the
efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.
Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and
regulations of the local and international property market and being aware of the current legal issues
of the country specifically pertaining to the property law.
Keep updated with any new changes from RERA and provide update to the agents.
Implement necessary checks and balance to mitigate operational risks across all departments and to
ensure the best interest of the company.
Ensure alignment of the company’s objectives in line with the policies and procedures
Administration:
Greet all customers, both on the phone and in person, in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer the phones and relay all messages to Clients/ Agents in an accurate and pleasant manner.
Acknowledge the inquiry received from Clients/Agents for Rent/Sale by a professional email or SMS.
Immediately upon receiving the Lead, email the Listing Agent the contact details and brief
requirement of the Client/Agent.
Manage and respond to all incoming email and regular mail in a professional, courteous manner on a
daily basis.
Ensure the office is running smoothly and well organized at all times.
Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and any other business
related supplies and materials.
Create & update a business operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any
future hires.
Create and update all contract for Tenancy, MOU, Additional Addendum templates as per RERA.
Registering with all developers., keeping up to date with their marketing policies and renewing the
contracts with them as and when required.
Registering with the banks and creating a list of banker contacts offering Clients with assistance with
finance options.
Create & manage client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all office
administration.
Maintain all agent and company’s financial systems, profit & loss statement, budgets.
Keeping track of all employee documents including but not limited to visas, Labor cards, RERA cards
etc.to ensure timely renewal.

Create and File all necessary documentation for file compliance.
Oversee all aspects of the administration of the company’s business.
Marketing:
Input all listing information into CRM and marketing websites and update as needed.
Cleaning and filtering database in order to use it for marketing campaigns.
Manage & update CRM and online listings and check regularly if the listing is published and
refreshed in a timely manner. Also follow up with Agents with their listings if they are active, archive
it, the hot properties they want to refresh on daily basis.
Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other
marketing materials.
Regularly assist agent to manage & enhance agent’s social media presence.
Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.
Regularly obtain client testimonials for websites, social media & other marketing materials.
Coordinate & implement agent marketing videos & property videos on websites, social media and
client database email campaigns.
Ensure that all agent activities are limited to work on finding properties for rent & sale, arranging
viewings & showing property to Clients, negotiating offers & contracts & lead generation.
To provide complete support and assistance to the agents to allow them more time to focus on closing
deals.
