southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, and northwest Florida through the Defense Support of Civilian Authorities
program. Responsible for the Command and Control of eight UH-60A/A+/L aircraft, 17 Medical Equipment Sets valued at
over $47 million, and 52 Soldiers. Coordinate daily with maintenance contractors from Army Fleet Support and Aviation
Center Logistics Command to ensure readiness of all aircraft and associated ground equipment.

Accountable for the daily readiness of 15 UH-60L Blackhawks and 18 vehicles and trailers. Responsible for the readiness,
training, and health and welfare of 98 Soldiers and their families. Oversaw the 3,972 flying hour program that conducted
53 Air Mission Requests that assisted joint training exercise between the Republic of Korea and United States Forces
Korea. Created 40 weekly flight schedules, coordinated over 100 training flights and 20 MEDEVAC missions, and Final
Mission Approval Authority (FMAA) for nine low risk missions. Received Pilot-in-Command qualifications in restricted
areas P-73 (Seoul) and P-518 (DMZ). Awarded Army Commendation Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal.

team, Operations Section, Standardization Section, Tactical Operations, Safety, and senior maintenance officer. Perform
primary duties as company Administration OIC that processed awards, action, and evaluations for 119 Soldiers located at
five sites. Flew 114.7 combat hours that incorporated multiple MEDEVAC missions in support of operations in Regional
Command - South. Awarded Air Medal, NATO Medal, and Meritorious Unit Citation.

The first half of the course focuses students on core doctrinal foundations including Unified Land Operations,
Mission Command, and Leadership Principles. During the second half of the course, students transition to
Brigade/Battalion-level planning and MDMP for ground and aviation units. Training management and command
topics are presented throughout the course to prepare students for command.

Familiarizes commanders and staff officers with the knowledge/skills required in successfully planning and
conducting operations in a cold, snow-covered environment. Emphasis is placed on the effects of cold on
personnel and material, effects of the winter environment on operations, and planning considerations unique to
the winter battlefield and cold regions. Cold weather risk-management procedures are stressed throughout the
course of instruction.
