handcarry staff, who have vast experience and have received all relevant training.
• Emails are replied to within 5 minutes and quotations are provided within 30 minutes.

12. Handcarry – Weight Limitations
• The maximum weight for a handcarry shipment per box is 32Kg.
• The maximum dimensions for a handcarry shipment is the Length x Width x Height = 158cm
• The maximum total weight for a handcarry depends on the aircraft type / space availability. We’ve sent
2300Kg by handcarry with one courier in the past and regularly more than 1000Kg.

• The main restriction for NFO is the size of the aircraft and space availability.
