PERSONAL
STATEMENT
My goal is to further my knowledge by applying myself to the area of energy delivery technologies-
especially those driven by renewable resources.
With 4 years of research experience in energy conversion techniques and energy efficient
materials, I would like to join a team where I can apply my skills and knowledge to effect positive
change to business and industry in energy management.
I am driven, hardworking and complete projects to an excellent standard, on time and to budget.
I possess strong communication, time management and organizational skills and I thrive in an
enthusiastic team environment both as a team member or a leader.
EDUCATION I completed my initial education and university degree in India and then relocated to Australia in
2008 in order to pursue a PhD. With an undergraduate and a Masters Degree in Physics and a PhD
in Materials Engineering, I hold a strong science and technology background.
During my PhD studies, and in parallel, I undertook a Graduate Certificate Course in Business
Administration to better understand how knowledge, technology and businesses can be bridged. I
have now developed an understanding of how skills and scientific knowledge can be effectively
and productively put to the benefit of an organization.

PERSONAL
