17.8 billion
港流動商貿市場將升至 178 億

《PayPal 網上及流動購物調查 2012》指出,香港流動商貿從 2011 年的 15 億元大幅增長
4.4 倍至今年的 64 億元。到 2015 年,預計香港流動商貿市場將升逾兩倍至 178 億元,是
2011 年的 12 倍。報告稱,流動商貿已經成為主流,今年將是香港流動貿易具指標性一
年。


調查顯示,流動商貿由去年只佔網上商貿總額 10%大幅增長至今年 41%。流動顧客人均消
費額由去年 4002 元增長至今年 5725 元。而今年有 110 萬香港消費者使用流動裝置購物,
為去年 37.6 萬近三倍增長。而今年一半以上網上消費者為流動顧客。


PayPal 香港、韓國及台灣區董事總經理黃朱寶燕(見圖)表示,本港智能手機滲透率逾
62%,為全球最高的地區之一,造就流動商貿迅速增長。研究發現多數流動購物是以智能
手機(58%)或平板電腦(42%)進行。


目前服裝是流動購物中最流行的類別,今年於智能手機及平板電腦消費額分別為 7.54 億
元及 5.36 億元。


此外,電影戲票和書籍為流動消費品排名第二及第三名。金融產品亦很受歡迎,去年於智
能手機及平板電腦的消費額分別為 1.42 億元及 2.05 億元。


不過, 「安全考慮」及「難以使用」成為流動消費者最大購物阻力。62%非流動顧客認為
流動交易不夠安全,45%的非流動顧客認為智能手機屏幕太小,難以進行流動購物。有流
動消費者則透過二維碼「QR Code」在手機或平板電腦購買產品,消費者認為該技術能確
保交易安全。
