vast array of cuisines and specialised in both Italian and French. Creating
contemporary dishes with unique twists to tingle the taste buds is a positive aspect
that has been acquired throughout the years.
An inspirational team leader, research and updated knowledge is always passed down
and practiced with the teammates to create and develop a kitchen like no other.
Currently looking for a new international challenging post to create a unique kitchen
that will make both the team and customers experience tastes that they would always

Professional Experience
Vitalite Restaurant (Brno) 2012- 2015
The idea of establishing Vitaliy Healthy Restaurant was born in the minds of its
founders as a direct response to the request form start a healthier way of eating more
care of their health.
Worked as a chef who had responsibility for select a local and healthy food, their
energy value and would be consistent with current trends in healthy eating and
healthy lifestyle.
Jazz Restaurant (Prague) 2005-2012
Jazz restaurant was located in the enchanting locations of Prague's Old Town
Square, directly in the Old Town Square . The restaurant specializes in traditional
Czech and international cuisine with an emphasis on freshness and quality seasonal
ingredients from local sources.
Worked as Chef for the Italian and international cuisine restaurant. Lead a team of
well experienced chefs and created dishes that were added o the menu permanently
The White Hart (England) 2003-2005
The White Hart, beautiful country pub and restaurant, set in the picturesque village of
Fyfield, just 7 miles from the city of Oxford. Voted one of the Top 100 Restaurants by
the Telegraph and Top 50 Gastropubs by a recent industry poll, the White Hart has
won numerous awards and accolades.
Worked as a second Chef and managed all the kitchen needs while creating a unique
menu that gained positive feedback and increased sales.
