environment, as well as facilitate any out-of-pocket expense reimbursements through ACH. It’s a
one location for complete user and card management. It allows the customer to generate
immediate and scheduled reports. It allows the real-time features like view card holder available

statements and more frequently to review transactions and out-of-pocket expenses. This project
focuses on re-designing existing commercial card application. This project provides ADA
compliance and defines DSS (Data Security Standards) for all commercial card applications.

Johnson & Johnson has a number of websites which can be categorized into three.
1) Corporate Websites
2) Product Websites
3) Disease Websites
All the websites are running on the eHealth platform. eHealth platform runs on ATG 5.0. The main
intention of this project is migration of all the websites running on eHealth platform to Health Planet
platform. Health Planet is the Johnson & Johnson proprietary framework, runs on weblogic. The
project is also intended to fix all the issues, change requests in all the sites raised by the respective
Web-Maser.
Objective of this project is to:
Migration of all the sites from eHealth platform to Healthy Planet platform. This also
includes creation of new web sites for some countries in EMEA region
Fix the issues, change requests in all the sites raised by the respective Web-master.

Janssen-Cilag 2.0 (JC 2.0) is the new Janssen-Cilag company website that is currently rolled-out
across 27 EMEA countries. This new Janssen-Cilag website allows the Operating Companies to
communicate with Healthcare professionals via a password protected section of the website. At
present, the JC 2.0 website contains different promotional product websites that are integrated with
it, but it lacks a medical education section.
That's why Johnson and Johnson wants to develop Janssen-Cilag Medichannel as part of the JC
2.0 website to complement for all medical education activities that are taking place in Europe. The
Janssen-Cilag Academy application provides a central point of medical education for Healthcare

professionals where they can find information on JC events, meetings, references/abstracts and
watch accredited CME courses
The events, abstracts, cme courses, and the details about the therapy areas are maintained in
magnolia. Earlier documentum was for this purpose.
Benefits/Values to the user:
Reduced license costs, Magnolia Enterprise license cost is less then Documentum license
cost.
Previous framework uses the CMS Indexer (framework) to maintain the XML file Meta data
information and file locations. Current HPMagnolia framework does not require the CMS
Indexer framework support. With the new approach, client need not to maintain the CMS
Indexer and performance is better than the previous framework.

The OMJPS team is looking to enhance the existing ROADS application to handle the OTC, RX
zero products and allow RBD's to adjust sample allocation to their respective District Managers
ROADS is a "Web Based" Sample Ordering System located on the Field Express Portal. It allows
representatives to become more involved by allowing them to order what they need, turn samples
away, or order more based on their business needs. This is intended to reduce Field Administrative
time, cross-representative transfers and sample waste.
Role and Responsibilities

The OMJPS team is looking to develop a new marketplace training website to provide training and
development information for home office, representatives, product managers and more. OMJPS
would like to have a flexible interface to manage and deploy content to the end-user and is looking
for a solution that simplifies the publishing process. This is intended to provide the administrator the
ability to publish once and have the content available at different places.

Salesconnect is the portal migrated from Salesnet. Previously Salesnet was used by the Sales
Technology group, at Johnson & Johnson Sales & Logistics Company. Pfizer sales team used to
access the 'Sales Universe'. In order to integrate and give access to both the portals, a new portal
called Salesconnect was developed. This is extensively used by the Sales team for different
information on the brands and products available in the consumer organization.
