Hospitals
• Dealing with
my illness
• Recovering
from break-
up.
Got
released
from
hospitals
And into
Harbor
House
 Now I go to Psych
Rehabilitation and learn
skills needed to function
in the community

3. Paula’s fight with Depression
 I was diagnosed with Bi-
Polar disorder in 1991
 I used to be manic but
Lithium controls
symptoms.
 Depression is common
for me but I have found
ways of dealing with
depression Such as draw,
reading and doing word
finds.
 I have learned deep
breathing techniques.
 I do things that make me
feel good such as taking
a shower and listening to
music.
 I also do journaling.
