CODES AND APPROVALS
 Coordinated testing and multiple listing programs to obtain roof system approvals that meet state
and localregulatory and insurance related building code requirements and assisted sales
representatives withroof system specifications to ensure compliancy with these requirements.
 Engineered the design of an innovative solvent-freebuilt-up roof system that obtained one of the
highest Factory Mutual wind uplift resistant ratings in the Industry for a cold-applied roof system.
This exceptional approval fueled the sale of these unique roof systems on several projects
generating significant sales revenue.
 Obtained multiple Metropolitan Dade County Roof System and Florida Building Code roof system
approvals that were required to secure multimillion-dollar sales in the State of Florida.
 Co-Designed an innovativeroofing assembly that provided exceptional Factory Mutual wind uplift
ratings over steel deckthat helped secure roof projects in high wind zone coastal regions.
 Created and delivered codes and approval presentations to sales representatives forgeneral

development of an innovativesales method that provided sales representatives with a novel
specification approach.
