PROFILE
I am a versatile and accomplished Depot Manager with wide experience and a proven track record of achieving ambitious
targets in a range of high pressure environments. A calm and professional team leader with excellent organisation and
interpersonal skills, my progressive career has enabled me to develop my astute people management skills, gain numerous
qualifications and nurture my passion for delivering results on time and within budget. I have an excellent understanding of all
transport rules and regulations which govern drivers’ conduct and working hours.
I am able to transfer my skills to a variety of contexts and take into consideration the different protocols and methods of multi-
disciplinary teams that I have worked with to motivate and develop staff members and assimilate quickly the demands of each
job role I take on. Having had exposure to a range of often difficult situations, I have been able to implement a range of
strategies to enable operations to proceed smoothly and provide relevant support where necessary to meet strict deadlines.
Possessing excellent delegation techniques, I have very well-developed communication skills and a particular talent for
client/user liaison, identification of problems and developing workable solutions for them.
Having gained a wealth of experience, I am now looking for a supervisory/managerial position in Transport/Fleet/Operations
Management with an established and progressive commercial company offering opportunities to utilise my experience, further
develop my skills and add considerable value to the organisation.
