 Appropriately prioritize tasks and responsibilities to maximize value to the company and effectively
manage expectations of Senior Management and/or Ownership and keep them informed of successes.
 Full understanding of the capital spending process from budgeting to scope to bidding to execution.
Includes all levels of projects from simple PTAC replacement to full, major brand required renovations
 Record breaking revenue performance for three supervised hotels in 2014. All six supervised hotels
over budget YTD in 2015
