I Was taking care of HR (Generalist role) for entire Bangalore region and handing 130 +Engineers and 15 Ops team
and recently got transferred to head office in Chennai.
 Recruitment: Coordinating with recruitment team & RM team for Handling recruitment Process
 Compensation planning in line with current market trends & company policies
 On boarding -Ensuring all the relevant documents submission, Preparing & Issuing offer letters,
appointment letters. Induction program includes Joining Formalities, Company Profile Introduction &
Explaining company policies and procedures. Standardized the joining formalities process of new
employees (EMP Code, ID Cards, Bank Account, PF & ESI & Mediclaim etc)
 MIS/HRIS update & File Management.
 Leave & Attendance Management- Maintaining Attendance & Leave trackers of employees
 Pay roll management- Preparing Pay roll inputs ,Updating with newly joined employees’ report, Process
of arrears, increments, other incentives & allowances along with the present Salaries, Updating with other

 Performance Management: Following PMS process for appraisal by collect the feedback of employees
