1989 and now manages over 80 events in up to 25 countries every year.
Delegate Relations Manager and Sales Team Leader
I worked across the Gastech Portfolio, which included the Industry leading Gastech Conference & Exhibition, European Autumn
Gas Conference (EAGC) and Global Unconventional Gas Summit (GUG).
Achievements:
I worked in-all on nine major events, eight in Oil & Gas and one in Digital Media (iMedia Brand Summit), achieving total
delegate revenues of over £3million, increasing sales significantly on EAGC 2010 (European Autumn Gas Conference)
and Gastech Conference & Exhibition 2011.
I managed all sales for the most successful EAGC in history (2010, the 25

Edition), generating over €500k in revenue.
Set and completed personal targets, to acquire sales from an elite group of industry leading corporations over all my
events. These included ExxonMobil (£230k+), Shell International (£106k+), BG-Group (£122k+), ADNOC (£130k+), and
KOGAS (£36k), amongst other International industry leaders.
Developed and managed Key Client Relationships, which included 8 of the Top 10Global Energy Companies 2012.
Responsibilities:
Delegate Relations on all my assigned events, being the primary contact to the leading companies within the Gas
Industry. This covered delegate registrations, information requests and initiating communications with other
departments, on up to three events at one time.
Provided consultancy to ALL departments, for successful event execution. These included proofing Marketing and
Contentmaterials, for both new & existing clients, promoting our events. Working with Finance to assist in solving any
issues created from pending/completed payments and generating documented in-depth analysis of ALL event materials
for Senior Management.
Managing client’s onsite at events, providing assistance and promoting future events.
Building Event Forecasts, for budget and stretch delegate target numbers, covering the complete event cycles.
I directly managed the Social Media activities of LinkedIn and Twitter for two of my events.
I managed the dmg social committee;we were responsible for organising all external social activities for staff four times
