 Working on plenty materials of the project distributed in 140 containers in the store
area. Materials receiving, checking, transferring to their locations and arranging new
locations for new items. Issuing items to the field workers, welders, machinists and to
the mechanics of vehicles, generators and heavy equipment machineries, maintaining
records and all necessary paper work of store activities.
 Responsible for stock take, in charge for mechanical, special and industrial tools.
 Preparing lists and submitting to the warehouse supervisor to order critical, consumable,
mechanical and other industrial tools, fittings of hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, galvanize,
taps- threads including bolt-nuts.
 Following Safety rules inside and outside the containers, also suggesting others to

Supervisor for sub contract workers (S.C.W.’s)- Apr;2008 to Sep;2009 (1 yr 5 months)
Responsibilities: In Power Gen ‘Parts office’
 Supervisor for 120 S.C.W. employees of P.P.I. co. in the Power Generation dept. and for
sign in / out sheets.
 Providing professional customer service by promptly serving the mechanics from ‘Parts
office’ of Power Gen.
 Filling out by hand daily 60 to 70 work order forms for parts/filters for nearly 800
day/night running generators divided into 23 zones, servicing in every 250 hours. Hand
writing the work order forms for filters/parts for each generator as per the sizes (K.W.)
and engine model numbers to issue out from the OM&L (east) warehouse of K.B.R.
 Preparing frequently the authorized stock level (A.S.L.) lists for 30 and 90 days as per the
variation in number of generators and also the lists to OM&L (east) warehouse to order
materials. Coordinating with Power Gen logistics coordinators regarding the A.S.L. lists
and discussing with them about the materials needed to Power Gen.
 Good knowledge to identify the parts what are they and where they go on machines.
Cross reference, superseding, inter changing and replacement of parts / filters. Parts
priority for dead lined generators.
 Regularly attending and suggesting others to attend the ‘Tool Box Topic’, total safety
task instructions (T.S.T.I.), safety meetings, taking leadership and performing various
duties required by the Power Gen Superintendant (Power-1) in the Power Gen shop.
Responsibilities: In K.B.R. OM&L (east) warehouse - assigned by Power Gen to work for
Power Gen- from May, 2006 to Apr; 2008 (1 year and 11 months)
 Reliable customer service/care by providing accurate service for Power Gen mechanics.
Also service for customers of other depts. of K.B.R. when not busy for Power Gen.
 In the beginning handwriting requisition sheets for all customers before the work order
forms systemcame into exist.
 After receiving Power Gen materials from main ‘materials warehouse’, conducting
required procedures, warehouse inventory, following safety rules, ladder safety, wearing
hard hats and insisting others to wear inside the warehouse aisles, maintaining
warehouse tidiness, cleanliness, leadership for other coworkers of Power Gen and
perform miscellaneous duties required by the warehouse supervisor.
NOTABLE ATTAINMENTS:
Completed my employment in Iraq for 4 years & 4 months without any break. A successful
Power Gen materials controller/parts man to issue right parts/filters at right place, at right
time and to the right persons/mechanics to repair the generators as quick as possible to
provide power to everybody on Anaconda military base – Joint Base Balad (J.B.B.), Iraq.
