• Extensive knowledge and experience in the repair process, and inspection of welds and welding equipment

Kelsey Pipeline Rupture Enterprise Operations Mirando City, Texas
∙ Remove and replace 262 feet of 18” ruptured pipe in wetlands area. My duties were inspection of
welds in fabrication process, excavation and installation of piping in wetlands area.
Tulsa Inspection Resources LLC-- May 2014 to July 2014
Sunrise Pipeline, Midland, Tx. to Colorado City, TX
• Eighty miles of 20” M/L piping responsibilities include inspection of welds on Firing Line, oversee
repairs on M/L defects and Cut-outs, and inspection of fabrication Launchers, Receivers and MOV
stations at contractors yard in Odessa ,TX.
Gulf Interstate Field Inspection Services -- July 2013 to Jan 2014
Armstrong/ Gohlke Project
• Project responsibilities included inspection of welds and civil and mechanical inspection in the
construction and installation of the facilities necessary to allow the transportation of NGL’S from
Process equipment and storage equipment at Armstrong/Gohlke to injection into 20” pipeline going to
Mount Belvieu, TX

Houston 8 Expansion
• Inspection of welds at multiple sites for Houston pipeline expansion, installation of stopples and by-passes
for 8”propane line upgrades at lift stations. Civil inspection also part of my duties.

Enterprise Gas 16”Colulla Lateral
• Inspection of welds and documentation associated with 128 miles of M/L piping. As a Welding
Inspector my duties were on the front line and tie-ins for this project.

Enterprise, Milton Fuel Storage Facility, Gillett, Texas
• My responsibilities were to oversee short term project at fuel handling facility, to include inspection
of welds and remaining civil inspection.

• My responsibilities were to oversee short term project start up of (Phase# 1) Solar compressors and
infrastructure of compression station.

• Project Manager at E.T storage facility involved with installation of new piping and construction
of flare stacks. My duties included inspection of welds, ordering material, updating contractors
with projects stats and other related duties.
