• Conduct weekly job meetings and submit progress summaries.
• Submit monthly reports to client and respond to any concerns they may have.

• Maintain accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs, weekly meeting
notes, three week look-a-head schedules, pay applications and other reports.
• Develop, implement and execute all procedures required to ensure the success of final
deliveries and warranties.
• Computer skills include: Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, Primavera, Sure-
Track, Timberline,Auto CAD and CMIC.
