1. Package Re-Design
This was a project with the
goal of choosing an existing
package and re-designing it
to better communicate with
the target audience. I chose
South Beach Diet ‘Good to
Go’ Bars and changed the
fonts, colors, and graphic
elements to appeal more to
women over 25 (the target
audience that was specified. I
created these packages from
initial sketches to completed
ccover weight boxes.

3. Font Design- ‘Fordo’
I created my own font (named
Fordo) using TypeTool and
Adobe Illustrator. After several
steps of researching, sketching,
and building the font, I looked
for ways to purpose it based on
the look and feel, and it’s
resemblance to old horror and
sci-fi headline fonts. I decided to
create a fake early 1900’s movie
poster and a font card with
classic hollywood horror icons
4. Publication Covers
While at Columbia College, I
worked on a publication (called
Ekklesio) full of interviews with
artists, designers, musicians,
and photographers. One of the
tasks I worked on was designing
covers, both front and back,
inside and out. I chose to focus
on one range of colors for each
cover and explore tints, shades,
gradients and geometry.

5. Advertisement
In an Advertising and Art Direction class, our final project was to create a
unique and provocative print ad for Viagra. I decided to play off the words
they use all too often in their existing ads and create a fictional boy scout
manual of sorts. I used Illustartor and Photoshop to mock up a field manual
on various colors of picnic table wood.
6. Branding & Packaging
This branding project was a
complete corporate identity and
packaging system. I created the
brand, logo, all graphic
elements, four types of primary
packaging, and one secondary
package. I decided to make a
shaving & grooming kit and
name the brand Yukon. I went
through many steps of research
and initial sketching before
creating adhesive labels for my
metal and ceramic containers
and a dieline for my boxes.

8. Illustration
I do most of my illustration work
on my own time, drawing things I
see, things I dream, or just
interesting thins I imagine. Lately
I’ve been drawing things inspired
by pop culture as well, bith on
paper and digitally in Photoshop.
