Senior General Manager of Roge Systems an underwater survey, bolder removal and savage grab unit working in offshore wind
farms and salvage in European waters
- Leading, motivating and managing the performance of the Operations Department in meeting strategic objectives
ensuring consistency of purpose with the strategic plan.
- Responsible of all policies and procedures including H&S and Risk Assessments
- Managing 2 remotely operated vehicles (ROV)
- Procurement, Requisitions : all requisitions needed for Rog Systems and responsible for the equipment in a financially

- Managing the crewing of up to 22 personnel, sitting interviews and the hiring of new crew members and providing a lead
for all HR matters.

- Overseeing the construction of a third unit and possible manning of a further 10 crew, providing overall leadership on all
training matters, both for staff and customers.
- Developing team cohesion to implement strategy and delivering the objectives : making sure all operating systems are
ready for charters with all working policies and procedures to complete the charters successfully
- Pre and post contract reports and summaries. Lessons learnt and best practise summaries
- Setting the scope for development and improvement : by having tangible and realistic goals, all teams can work
accordingly to reach realistic mile stones to complete the project effectively and within time and budget
- Liaise with clients during the charter and contracts : maintain relationships throughout the campaign of work and post
charter
- Identifying opportunities for growing existing and developing new business
- Building relationships with external specialists and lease agreements with key stakeholders and clients
- Monitoring of technological development of the subsea and ROV industry which could aid and potentially make future
charters economic and feasible

 In the first year of working with Roge systems I project managed the complete construction of a second Grab unit now fully
operation.
 Developing outreach program for the MOD that was used as best practice and templates for 21 similar teams through the UK
and Germany
 Receiving the Queen’s commendation for bravery for assisting in the rescue of 2 polish mountaineers suffering from exhaustion
and snow blindness
 Providing man portable water for 127 soldiers in Botswana from filtration sedimentation and delivery unit, designing the
gravity wash and shower units.
 Successfully planning and leading multiple expeditions across Iceland, Canada, Austria, Italy, France
