KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Responsible for 90+ user-facing documents containing over 4 million words for all financial and
workflow product modules including UI guides, online help, technical guides, specialized “How To”
documents and marketing pieces updated for each release. In online help, or .pdf document formats,
they provide users with easily accessible information.
Created Web page menus for G2 “How To” documentation, which expands at-hand documentation
beyond online help
Tested products for user friendliness, consistency across modules, functionality and design to
improve the customer experience and our products. Computron software runs on Unix or Windows,
32 and 64-bit servers, data is stored in vision files or on SQL or Oracle databases and the UI is
character cell, VB desktop, WEBdesk Java, WEBdesk XML or ,NET.
Gathered and analyzed business needs for a 50+ member service department, wrote proposals
requesting estimates for computer system development, got management approval and then worked
with the systems people from definition through implementation, acceptance testing and
documentation for 7 large mainframe database systems.
Designed specific training programs for customers, User Conferences and internal staff on financial,
TV ratings, records compliance management, succession planning and Trust department software
packages
Developed instructor-led training manuals, instructor's guides and seminar materials to enhance
product understanding for customers, developers, customer support, and QA.
Edited and formatted proposal documentation to improve our chances of getting the deal
Edited contributions from personnel outside the Documentation department to follow formatting and
voice rules established for the company
