departments were involved ( Operations & Technology). Work done from gathering
requirements to moving of application into production, project successfully got completed

2. Mailroom Complaint Reduction Project – Objective of the project was to reduce
complaints related to policy pack dispatch from 25% to 5%. RUD percentage was very high
and sales team was getting pushed by the customers for getting their policy pack,
eventually leading to Free Look cancellations of the policies by the customers and huge
dissatisfaction among the Sales Force. Covered Pan India Aviva branches; identified
solutions & implemented the same and the project got successfully closed with the desired
results.
3. NPS Improvement Project – Objective of the project was to increase NPS scores from mid
40’s to more than 76%, as it was directly linked to the revenue generated by the process.
Identified improvement areas, analyzed Customer verbatim, redesigned communication
letters sent to customers, implemented all the identified solutions and the project got
successfully closed with the desired results.
4. MIS Streamlining (Objective of the project was centralize Operations MIS) – Formed
a team of business analyst, worked closely with process owners to understand current MIS
reports, initiated streamlining with one of the vertical in Operations. Project successfully
closed within desired timelines.
