Intranet Design and Support
• Instrumental in the initial design and creation of the Honda R&D intranet website (Gear), serving 3,100+
associates and contractors. Served on the Intranet Governance Committee.
• Worked with focus groups, participated in User Acceptance Testing, conducted interviews, analyzed
findings, and made recommendations – pre and post-launch.
• Addressed issues, created solutions, and provided training material and job aids to improve content
management and communication. Served as Honda R&D Gear Functional Expert.
• Instrumental in change management support by providing training for the transition from Gear to
HondaWeb, which supports 300,000 Honda associates and contractors in North America.

• Developed, updated, and published instructions for the Storage Delivery Management System (SDMS), a
system for requesting storage online. Documents included Storage Request Overview, How to Request
Storage via SDMS for LOB Customers, and Using SDMS for Engineers and Managers. Resulted in
approved, up-to-date documentation for engineers, managers, and customers.
Documentation Specialist and Communication Specialist
• Worked SMEs to provide editing services to produce documentation in a professional, consistent format.

Storage Technologies (GST) executives to effectively run the business.
