Technical Writer
• Created the Incident Response Team (IRT) Communication Guide that included a decision matrix with
clear action steps and examples for creating alert messages. This resulted in correct action by team

Instructional Designer
Used the ADDIE design model to analyzed training needs, design instructional strategy, develop training
material, implement training, and evaluate results to produce the following:
• Created storyboards, wrote scripts, and recorded 90+ training videos using Camtasia Studio for various
products and procedures. This included recording audio, providing onscreen instructions, and editing the
videos for timing and content. This provided all users with reliable, accurate information.
