3. Manage manpower planning, training and certification.
4. Plan and Lead all cost saving projects for Etch Back end processes.
5. Plan and Lead Process Improvement and New Recipe Development for Etch Back End Process.
6. Ensure all quality Indexes for Back End Process meet or exceed targets (Example Cp, CpK, SPC)
7. Ensure Manufacturing flexibility for Back End Process meet or exceed requirements.
