Palm Hut Food chain, PHFC is a retail food outlet chain of NP EXIM, Import/Export Company for the
purpose to upgrade the local restaurants in serving export quality ready to eat foods which include
fruits, dairy products for the domestic customers of category consist low income group, middle class and
high income group. In future PHFC will open branches all over the world.
Leasing & Renting Local Restaurants:
PHFC will take over local restaurants which are running loss and make profitable with its innovations
suitable for domestic customers.
Trial Period:
The trial period will be not more than 90 days to make the restaurants into profitable one.
Non Disclosure Agreement for the copy & patent right innovations:
The aspiring restaurants should enter a non disclosure agreement for the copy & patent right
innovations of Food products menu & preparation processes.

sourcing for its PHFC wing and the revamped loss making restaurants affiliation would be also
considered as indirect venture capital investments.
Business Plan for Revamping Loss Making Restaurants:
Biriyani Production will be done at common point in such a manner that 1 in 10 restaurants will
be a production center and others will be retail outlet.
Chefs will be trained at the production center to produce the most favorite recipes.
3. More than 1700 restaurants are facing closure at Chennai in which 100 to 150 restaurants will
be selected for the food production center.
Restaurants selected for Food Production Center should undergo trail production with the

The legal terms will be done as per the existing judicial procedures.
The legal fees for the documents should be paid by the restaurants. There are no other fees.
