2. What is an Electric Generator?
An electric generator is a machine that generates electricity.
The electric generator was invented in the early 1800's.
All electric generators convert mechanical input power to electrical output power.
The mechanical input power source can come from non-renewable energy sources
such as fossil fuels or from renewable energy sources such as the wind, or water.
All conventional electric generators are governed by several laws of physics
including; Newton's Third Law, Lenz's Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy.
The typical mechanical to electrical conversion efficiency of all conventional
electric generators is less than 100% and usually about 95%.
This means that for every 0.95 Watts of electricity that is generated, 1 Watt of
mechanical input power must be supplied to the generator by the prime mover.
Electric generator design and operation has not changed in over two centuries.
What is a ReGenX Generator?
The ReGenX Generator was invented in 2007 – when it was discovered that
mechanical input power is not required in the generation of electricity.
The backing theory was developed in the Power Lab at the University of Ottawa
from 2008 – 2010.5.
A US Patent was granted in 2018.
The ReGenX Generator does not require mechanical input power when generating
electricity.
All ReGenX Electric Generators are governed by several new laws of physics
including; Heins Forth Law of Motion, Heins' Law and the Law of Creation of
Energy.
The electrical conversion efficiency of the ReGenX Electric Generator is infinite.
This means that for every 1 Watts of electricity that is generated, 0 Watts of
mechanical input power needs to be supplied to the generator by the prime
mover.
Electric generator design and operation has now changed forever.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to electrical generators and, in particular, to
improvements to efficiency in electromechanical energy conversion in electrical
generators and electric motors.
What does this mean for the future of electricity generation?
If humanity wanted to generate an infinite amount of electricity from
now until the end of time using conventional electric generators it would
require a corresponding infinite amount of mechanical input power.
This scenario is not sustainable from a non-renewable energy source
perspective and is infinitely expensive and difficult from a renewable
energy source perspective.
If however humanity wanted to generate an infinite amount of electricity
from now until the end of time using ReGenX Electric Generators it would
require a corresponding zero amount of mechanical input power.
What is the basis of the ReGenX Generator innovation and its advantage
over conventional electric generator design and operation?
All electric generators create Generator Armature Reaction when generating
electricity. Generator Armature Reaction is a Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque
which works in opposition to the torque supplied by the prime mover.
As a result the prime mover must constantly work to overcome this counter-
electromagnetically created torque.
The ReGenX Generator innovation operates with a US patented Load Current
Delay which allows it to reverse Generator Armature Reaction and create a
Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque when generating electricity.
This Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque works in concert with and in the
same direction as the torque supplied by the prime mover.

4. As a result no additional mechanical input power is required to be supplied by the
prime mover when the ReGenX Generator is placed on-load and when generating
electricity.
The prime mover is only required to supply enough mechanical input power to
establish no-load Rotational Equilibrium.
Zero additional mechanical input power is required when the ReGenX Generator is
placed on-load.
The prime mover can be about 80% smaller as a result while its energy
consumption is reduced by about 80% as well.

5. 100% of the pollution and Greenhouse Gas produced during electricity generation
is eliminated forever.
