At Presi-Dent we have created a culture and satisfaction around
innovating. Whether internal or external inspirations we seek to
incorporate every advantage into the business, building a better service
for our customers. Our software side is our most fundamentally different
aspect from our competitors and we constantly work on its improvement
wit our development team.

Quality of work is one of the highest priorities in our business. We conduct
no less than 4 training events per year for all our master technicians,
to help maintain the standards we hold for ourselves. It is behind this
foundation, that we build around the companies core focus of customer
satisfaction. When work is done to the best standard the technique will
allow for then we create more business for our customers.

This is a great asset to hold. Whether working with a brand new tech, or
the founder Shane Anderson himself, you have someone with the knowledge
gained over more than 15 years in the business. All our technicians must
complete our in-house training program before being eligible to work with
us. This helps to create fast efficient technicians, reducing wait times and
increasing customer satisfaction.
