1. Kindly refer to the below marked trail email marked by various authorities
crisscross in connection with the above noted subject matter.
2. That Electoral Registration Officer, AC- 64 Kadwa, Bihar has furnished a reply on
27.03.2023 in complaint no. NGS1621142174 dated 23.02.2023 filed through online
at election commission of India's website . ERO Barsoi in his reply, has observed
"Your Form 7 has been made online but could not be completed due to site
issues. Your form intake will be completed as soon as the site is up and
running. Reference ID is S04064D700402231000001" (enclosed true copy of ECI
Complaint no.NGS1621142174 dated 23.02.2023)
3. That the complainant's jurisdiction is South West district of Delhi AC-36 Bijwasan
with Voter ID:EPIC No. NRX3153459 since 30 years (1992).
4. That however, sex racketeer, (BJP/RSS) elected Ward Member No.03, Shri
Ramesh Bind S/O Shri Shankar Bind R/O Goshala Road Sonaili, Kadwa Katihar
Bihar, an associate of Member of Legislative Council Bihar, Ashok Agarwal, Katihar
has maintained the EPIC No. TYGO395244 for sustaining prostitution of
complainant's families and minor daughters in the guise of temptation for property of
complainant.
5. That Shri Ramesh Bind, (BJP/RSS) elected Ward Member No.03 shukkar hatt
has approached the complainant for the first time with an evidence of EPIC No.
TYGO395244 in the name of complainant OM PRAKASH S/O LATE SHRI DEEP
NARAYAN PODDAR, HOUSE NO. 76, BHAWAN NO. 38, ASHA DEEP NIWAS,
SHUKKAR HATT, SONAILI, P.S. KADWA, KATIHAR, BIHAR-855114.
6. That Complainant has figured out malpractices of Ward member and Booth Level
Officer,(BLO), Part-220, AC-64 Kadwa, Bihar and submitted requisite form before
BLO Shri Gopal Malik mobile no. 9507949474 dated 17.12.2021 for deletion of his
name from the voter list to suppress the practice of multiple voter identity cards
across the Country.

7. However, BLO did not delete the name rather maintained the same with ulterior
motive.
8. That thereafter, complainant has filed online complaint vide NGS2822557556
dated 26.11.2022 at the election commission of India website and strongly protested
against maintaining the multiple voter ID with ulterior motive. Further, requested to
delete the name of complainant from the voter list and initiate action against sex
abuser Ward member no.03 and BLO, part-220, AC-64 Kadwa. Yet, ERO Barsoi did
not take any action. (enclosed true copy of ECI Complaint no. NGS2822557556
dated 26.11.2022)
9. That ERO Barsoi has taken action out of compulsion after complaint dated
4.2.2023 by the complainant and subsequent order dated 6.2.23 by Supreme Court
of India in Writ Petition Criminal 42/2023. (enclosed true copy of reply by ERO
Barsoi in Complaintno.NGS1621142174 dated 23.02.2023 with Election
Commission of India)
10. Hence, on the ground of above facts and circumstances, take the
cognizance of criminal conspiracy and corruption against figured out accused
of election commission and elected representatives under AC-64 Kadwa Bihar
and direct to register an F.I.R against the accused to rescue VICTIMS (minor
daughter and other family members).

2. That upon inquiry with Election Commission of Delhi helpline number, the
complainant was informed that his Adhar number/card might have been linked with
voter id without his knowledge, thereafter advised to contact the voter center for
grievances.
3. That linkage of Aadhar number with voter id is not mandatory but optional, misuse of
mobile number is a breach of privacy, submission of form without the knowledge of
complainant is indicative of ulterior motive and criminal act therefore these acts of
election commission are commissioning cognizable offence against the concerned
authorities; which attracts registration of an F.I.R against the accused under relevant
section of IPC.
