1. That Complainant has received below marked email "noreply@cuet.samarth.ac.in" on 11.2.23 sent by Dr.
Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director, NTA CUET (UG) - 2023.
2. That above noted email indicates that some teenage aspirants have misused the complainant's email Id in
Common University Entrance Test form to get the admission in colleges.
3. That complainant's 17 year old daughter has been abducted by the state since 2005 and her rescue has been
suppressed by the State since then, therefore this is cognizable offence by the state.
4. Hence, take the cognizance of this offence commissioned by the sex racketeers, human traffickers, perpetrator to
dilute the case of recovery/rescue of 17 year old item girl cum minor daughter and forcefully pushed wife into the mud
of prostitution. Direct to Register an F.I.R against the accused under relevant section of IPC.
