Brief Description about complaint : With reference to complaint no. NGS1243229636 dated
4.2.23, AC-36 Bijwasan New Delhi has remarked on 23.2.23
that with reference to your complaint, it is to informed that
linking of Aadhar with EPIC is not mandatory. If any voter
required to link his aadhar with EPIC, can filled form-6B
through voter helpline app. Please provide the list of fake
voters.The NGRS complaint ID No-NGS6276912436 does
not pertain to AC-36, Bijwasan. The same may be forwarded
to AC-59 and AC-64. Hence, complaint before AC-64 Kadwa
Bihar. The content of the complaint dated 4.2.23 is “That even
after complaint no. NGS5322435639 dated 25.11.2022 and
complaint no. NGS2822557556 dated 26.11.2022 at election
commission of India website against ERO 59-Vishwas Nagar
and ERO- 64 Kadwa Bihar; 112 call dated 24.11.2022,
subsequently recording of statement dated 28.01.2023 by I.O.
Balveer Singh Patparganj Industrial area Delhi in connection
with sex racket, abduction and Gang Rape of minor daughter
since 18 years, Complainant has received a message form
Election Commission of India in his mobile no. 9540389759 at
14.30 pm dated 4.2.23 "thank you for submitting form on
NVSP. Your form reference ID is
S04064D700402231000001." dated 4.2.23 just after a GAIL
trainee from Jaipur Rajasthan Mr. Arjun or Ajay Singh mobile
no. 8111100133 poked the complainant at night shelter home
DUSIB, Code 214, ISBT Anand Vihar Delhi 2. That upon
inquiry with Election Commission of Delhi helpline number,
the complainant was informed that his Adhar number/card
might have been linked with voter id without his knowledge,
thereafter advised to contact the voter center for grievances.
3. That linkage of Aadhar number with voter id is not
mandatory but optional; misuse of mobile number is a breach
of privacy, submission of form without the knowledge of
Complainant is indicative of ulterior motive and criminal act
therefore these acts of election commission are
commissioning cognizable offence against the concerned
Authorities; which attracts registration of an F.I.R against the
accused under relevant section of IPC”. Find enclosed the
