Complaint against Justice M.M. Sundaresh of Supreme Court of India for passing wrong order dated 9.12.2022
in Writ Petition Criminal Diary No. 18546/2022 to suppress the rescue of Gang Rape Victims and to sustain the
illicit sex trade of Gang Rape Victims. 1. That under signed is OM PRAKASH S/O Late Shri Deep Narayan
Poddar, Age about 48 years, R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili Village, P.S. Kadwa, District
Katihar, Bihar-855114 and R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-
110077 and Petitioner-in-Person in the Anti-Prostitution matter in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 242/2021,
Interlocutory Application No. 66686/2022 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ Petition
(Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 before Supreme Court of India. 2. That officer report dated 08.12.2022 in
Writ Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 18546/2022 clearly states that “Since it is a defective matter, interaction
with petitioner­

person by concerned Registrar is still awaited. Therefore, the Petitioner-In-Person cannot
appear before the Hon‘ble Court without interaction”. 3. That the same has been mentioned in “Interlocutory
Application D. No. 187397 dated 01.12.2022 for objection to office report dated 26.11.2022 regarding
limitation and filing an application for condonation of delay in W.P.(Crl.) D. No. 18546/2022”. 4. That in spite
of above facts and circumstances, order dated 09.12.2022 in W.P. (Crl.) D. No. 18546/2022 has been passed to
suppress the rescue of victims and to sustain the sex racket. Order dated 09.12.2022 says, “No representation.
Adverse orders are deferred. Post after two weeks”. 5. Hence, petitioner requests the commission to take the
cognizance against the biased Justice M.M Sundaresh of Supreme Court of India for suppressing the rescue of
