Court of India are underplaying corrupt practices to suppress the matter and sustain the sex
racket since six months. Ms. Yojana Bhatia Branch Officer Section X has forwarded the file for
listing before Chamber Judge on 07.11.2022 without noting the fixed date of hearing, as it is
practiced in case of Petitioner-in-Person. Hence, matter is delayed in listing for uncertain
times.
