PRAKTRIK
ABOUT US
We started this company with the
vision to blend practical puzzles
with the aesthetics of a clean design.
Over the years Praktrik’s product
specialists have developed our
collections, striving to deliver high
quality with a creative twist.
We believe that through providing
innovative and customisable solutions
to interior spaces, we will continue
successfully challenging perceptions
of standard furniture compositions.
All furniture pieces are inspired
by burr puzzles. We see great
potential for facilitating their
principles for utilitarian purposes.
All pieces are made of high quality
natural materials and require
absolutely not tools or fixtures
for assembly. Highly customizable,
our products can be assembled
and disassembled multiple times,
and some − in various alternative
combinations!
Our goal was to turn a highly
complicated geometrical equation
into easy, practical and high-end
design space solutions for our clients.
This is how the unique assembly
principles for our collections were born.
PRAKTRIK
they show us how material objects
that look impossible can become
a reality. Magic of course is not
required, only a bit of simple trickery.
Tricks, that we believe can also
power everyday lives for practical
purposes. This is what we do –
practical tricks!
Interlocking puzzles are very
special structures. They combine
mysticism, structural rationalism, and
interactivity in one. They embody
the perfect composition where either
adding or subtracting elements
can destroy it. Designers of such
brainteasers are like magicians,
PRAKTRIKSLIDING COLLECTION
Our Sliding collection is represented
by structures meant to be put
together by sliding motions.
The tables in this collection have
a minimalist feel, thanks to the
little number of composition parts
included. A true definition of high
class clean design, we find the blend
of glass and wood to be especially
mesmerising in the final aesthetic results.
The trick behind the names is
simple − each furniture piece comes
from the logic of its structure.
It consists of the number of different
element types multiplied by the
number of elements of each type.
Many are amazed that three
or six stick structure can be perfectly
stable without the use of any
fixtures and gluing. Such interlocking
structures look visually impossible
in our three-dimensional world
which brings some mysticism in the
way we perceive them. This was
our inspiration behind creating the
collection – to make the unthinkable
a reality.
Spatial vision is mostly required
for the assembly. Such mechanical
puzzles are locked only in some
directions and most of them depend
on orientation and gravity in order
for their parts to stay together.
The products in this collection allow
customization in size and material
which gives you flexibility in their
usage as well. By choosing the right
mix of woods you can accentuate
the structure by showing each type
of element in different wood.
Some of the tables are very quick
to assemble once you know the
principle, making them easily
movable. They are suitable for homes
and offices in various spaces – living
rooms, dining rooms or conference halls.

SLIDING COLLECTION
This table allows customization of
the material, the finish, and the glass
top. All wooden elements are the
same, thus they can be ordered in
one kind of wood, with choices from
maple, beech, oak, or walnut. The
table top is made of 10mm thick
clear tempered glass. Other sizes and
material options for the table top
are also possible.
The assembly is quick, but requires
teamwork due to the weight of the
composition, so play around with
friends and family. Once assembled,
the piece is extremely stable.
1 × 3 is our simplest dining table
solution and represents puzzle
symmetry in its perfection – not
only symmetry of the assembled
structure, but also a total uniformity
of its elements. That’s why we’ve
achieved a very clean style that
makes it suitable for a variety
of spaces, both domestic and
commercial – from a dining room
to a conference hall, the choice is
yours. Two or more wooden bases
can also be combined with a bigger
rectangular or elliptical table top,
for a larger conference table.

1 3 COFFEE TABLESLIDING COLLECTION
The interlocking principle of 1 × 3
involves only sliding movements,
giving a very fast assembly process.
The piece is made only of natural
materials. It consists of 3 wooden
elements and a glass top.
The wooden base can be made
of maple, beech, oak or walnut.
The table top is made of 10mm thick

The interlocking principle of 1 × 6
involves only sliding movements,
making the assembly process very
fast. It can be assembled in two
different set ups with different
heights. The piece is made only of
natural materials. The wooden base
is offered in maple, beech, oak, or
walnut. The table top is made of
10mm thick clear tempered glass.
Other sizes and material options for
the table top are also possible.
The six identical wooden elements
interlock in an intriguing knot which
gives this specific modern feel of
the table. The structure represents
puzzle symmetry in its perfection −
not only symmetry of the assembled
structure, but also a total uniformity
of its elements. This table is the
perfect accent piece for any living
room, for individuals not afraid to
express their own style.

made of maple, beech, oak, or walnut.
4 × 3 is our most flexible table
structure. It consists of 12 elements
that can be assembled in 4 different

PRAKTRIKIMPOSSIBLE COLLECTION
The puzzle tables from this collection
consist of large number of elements
which make them somewhat
challenging to assemble and the
perfect mind jogglers for brainiacs
and puzzle enthusiasts alike.
The name of each table consists of
the number of different element
types multiplied by the number of
elements of each type which equals
the total number of the elements
used. We especially appreciate
the expressiveness of this collection,
due to the large number of pieces
used in each table. The final result
may look decorative but don’t be
fooled. Each element is equally
important in the stability and
the structure of these masterpieces.
Such interlocking structures look
impossible in our three-dimensional
world which brings mysticism in the
way we perceive them. They make us
believe that the unthinkable can be
a reality.
Our new twist on this collection is
the unique mix of woods. We have
the capacity to produce each type
of element from a different kind
of wood, further accentuating the
beauty of these structures. Choose
between maple, walnut, cherry,
wenge or oak and create your own
unique combinations.

The interlocking principle of 6 × 3
involves not only spatial vision, but
also requires dexterity for it to be
assembled. Our fresh take on this
table is to use different kinds of high
quality wood for each element type.
6 × 3 consists of 18 elements, divided
in 6 different types, 3 pieces of each.
Its expressive vision makes it perfect
for a special emphasis in living rooms
and for table sets in cafes.

top is made of 10mm thick clear
tempered glass. Round shape and
other material options for the table
top are also possible.
5 × 4 is our unique solution for a low
square coffee table. It consists of 20
elements divided in 5 different types,
4 pieces of each. Its expressive vision
makes it the perfect table for that
special emphasis in a large living
room space. Although part of our

take on the table is to use different

4 × 6 is our most complex structure
and is a real interlocking brainteaser.
It consists of 24 elements, divided
in 4 different types, with 6 pieces in
each. It has a very expressive vision
making this table perfect for a special
centrepiece in any interior. 4 × 6
involves not only spatial vision,
