CASHMA TECHNIQUE NEW IDEAS
1. User Identity Verification using CASHMA for
Secure Internet service
• Security of web-based applications is a serious concern, due To the recent increase
in the frequency and complexity of cyber-attacks.
• User authentication is typically formulated as a “single shot” , providing user
verification only during login phase.
• Traditional authentication processes, where username/password are requested
only once at login time or explicitly required at confirmation steps.
• To timely detect misuses of computer resources and prevent that an unauthorized
user maliciously replaces an authorized one, solutions based on multi-modal
biometric continuous authentication are proposed.
2. Outline of the Project
The continuous authentication protocol allows providing adaptive session timeouts
to a web Service to Set up and maintain a secure session with a client. The Timeout
is adapted on the basis of the trust that the CASHMA authentication system are as
follows
Keystroke timing
Mathematical event
CASHMA certification
3. Existing System:
• Providing user verification only during login phase.
• This approach assumes that a single verification (at the beginning of the
session) is sufficient.
• The identity of the user is constant during the whole session.
• Using Biometric type of authentication for the login process.
• Existing System Reference:

4. Drawbacks of Existing system:
• The user session is active, even the user not use the system or else
the user forget to log out the system.
• We cannot use the biometric authentication at all times, so we need
to develop some similar authentication method which can be used by
all with more security.
5. Proposed System:
• The length of the session timeout may be reduced on the basis of
usability of the service and consequent client satisfaction.
• An additional authentication method is added after the session
timeout using CASHMA and Continuous Authentication Protocol.
• We cannot use bio metric in all cases. So I have an idea to use various
authentication methods using CASHMA .
6. • Provide more security for the data.
• Strictly avoid the unauthorized user to use the system objectives.
• Cannot be easily access by attackers
