1. ●Common Modality, Procedure and guidelines
Provide clear and ideal pathways, as specific as possible, to
facilitate continuous improvement of each Party's reporting
quality based on diverse and different capacities
Require all Parties to improve the reporting quality over time
(The reporting components ) Provides robust data for tracking
progress towards implementing and achieving NDCs and for input
to the global stocktake in an efficient manner.
Includes minimum reporting requirements as well as ideal and
complete reporting contents

Identifying the lacking capacities and capacity-building needs
Capacity building activities including CBIT more effectively and
efficiently
