• Need for a mobile expense reporting app was expressed by several departments
• Evaluated several mobile expense reporting apps:
• Oracle Expense Reporting App (Fusion)
• No credit card and milage capqability as of yet.
• Available only for iOS (Android version to be released soon)
• Public app, no customization or branding possible
• Concur
• Expensive, additional integration costs
• Will have to replace entire expense reporting application (iExpense)
• Few others
• inexpensive, easy to use candidates (Expensify, ProOnGo, etc) that were deemed not enterprise grade due to
lack of EBS integration
• Appzen mobile app was selected
