Transparency & especially Sincerity! (collective intelligence requires holopticism). See examples of group agreements in the e-Book (under 1.4 Communities) >> http://bit.ly/p51qlI

Editor's Notes
There are hundreds if not thousands of brilliant minds behind this course, & these two are the ones who worked to unite them into one amazing super-course. Mostly it is our mentors and s/heroes we thank for the very exciting content of this course, (you will see some of them in slide 18) and it is through our practical work & extended study that we have sifted which actually work best in practice and which not. You can see our full profiles in the EcoEscuela.net page (& in the Chaordic PC Institute). We have worked closely together over 8yrs now, although we live in opposite sides of Spain. Both of us are social activists and permaculture designers who have worked extensively on grass-roots community projects. Stella designed & coordinated one of the first recorded community transition initiatives (15yrs before the movement sprouted, in 1995 in Inner London, UK) and César has been busy creating an eco-village for many years also. Both have extensive experience in facilitation and in designing all sorts of things, from smallish gardens, farms to bigger organizational structures.
