1. EBCCS ORDER MANAGEMENT(TELECOM)
eBCCS started out as BELL.CA eMove and eDisconnect services back in 2001, in order to expose and to duplicate
mainframe functionalities as servlet services. Later on it became obvious that eBCCS will be evolved to provide
multiple services to multiple channels, which put eBCCS in the position of a middleware to access mainframe
systems (e.g. BCRIS, CIMS and ACCESS) at the enterprise level. eBCCS Replace BOOST (Bell Online Ordering and
sales Tool) a complex application, with a simplified Ordering application. eBCCS has different services like
customerProfile, ServiceAddress Query, OrderQuery,OrderDetails etc.

Spire TMS is the interface through which employees of the organization can view or update their attendance and
can apply for leaves. The higher authority can either approve or decline the leave approvals. Everyone on the
portal can see their calendar and leave summary. Generating weekly status report in a word document using Spire
TMS tool was implemented. A birthday alert of the employees is also shown.
