project Budget’s in accordance with each clubs requirements manage and forecast expenditure
ensure projects are within Budget. Value engineering and build ability analysis, design &

taking into account all club members, staff and management for each club.
Achievements: The successful delivery of all the above projects within budget, quality and
completed within the allocated contract time frame, ensuring and maintaining Occupational Health

projects. Establish and implement on site OH&S with site inductions systems for all. Overall
responsibility for projects programmes and quality on final product, with each project establish an
effective structure for reporting, communication, and working procedures specific to each project
and client requirements.
Achievements:
All projects were delivered on time and within budget with complete client satisfaction, all
sites/projects were without any OH&S incidents, management and delivery of all projects from
inception to project closure, preparation of project proposals and delivery of presentations to
clients as required.

$5 Mill and was as high as $15 Mill, I developed, mentored and shaped a young and vibrant team of
designers, office admin staff, contractors, site managers and project managers which forged a

We had unfortunately 3 large clients that went bankrupt that owed the company a substantial
amount of money which we could not recoup. And I was offered the opportunity to project manage
the Rio Tinto project which I accepted.
