•Creates a ladder system for succession within Merlin
Communication
•Open line of communication to direct reports and staff
•Quarterly departmental meetings to keep staff engaged
and informed of company progress and personal
performance
•Source staff and guest feedback (KPI) to understand guest
needs and implement change if needed
Skills and Qualifications
•Over 20 years in retail management
•Able to establish and maintain vendor
relationships
•Great negotiating skills
•Outside of the box thinker
•Strong interpersonal and development tactics
while implementing fun
•Multi-versed in Merlin brands
I am not only knowledgeable in LEGO but also multi-versed in Merlin brands. I have an extensive background in
retail management and I offer a different approach to staff development with a proven track record for being
profitable.
