The next edition of the series will be open for beta testing from
October 6 for those who have pre-ordered the game on Xbox,
PlayStation or PC.
That is the earliest access for the two stages of open beta.
It also means that any Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be
able to jump in, and the service includes EA Play within the
subscription.

5. If you havenโt got access to EA Play
(or Game Pass Ultimate), then your
best bet is pre-ordering the game.
Once youโve pre-ordered the game, youโll receive a
code to for the early access beta.
In a statement, Battlefield 2042 said the beta will be
much the same as a full version which is expected to be
released on November 19.

on enjoying the sandbox,โ it said.
โThat means that weโve made some adjustments to
systems and features youโll otherwise encounter in
the full game, so youโll find that weโve pre-unlocked a

time youโll have with the open beta.โ

around $82.
