SUMMARY
Twenty-five years of experience in refineries, industrial and commercial sites; responsibilities included
a diverse portfolio with scheduling, planning, estimating, cost control, scope development/ design,
field supervision, and project management for a broad variety of mechanical equipment and process
piping. Execution of these assignments has demonstrated strong skills of communication, computer
literacy, work ethic and field applicable experience. Software knowledge, skills and proficiency
include Primavera 6 R8.3 and Immpower (scheduling), SAP, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, Power Point and Project), ISN, Navisworks 2014, PFDs, P&IDs and Construction Documents.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Locations: Braskem, PBF of NJ; Axeon and NuStar Energy of NJ; PES and Sunoco of
Philadelphia and Marcus Hook PA; Delaware City Refining and Valero of DE.
Project Duties Include:
Schedule and Budget creation/ vendor coordination/ client interaction where daily/ weekly
meeting presentations of progress/ performance/ forecasting and critical path.
Forecasted manpower/ coordinated equipment requirements and logistic needs for events.
Review and specify materials for purchasing – including field distribution/ execution.
Estimating and scheduling of expense and capital scope growths/extra work for event and
into the TA execution plan.
Follow project thru completion, MOC, PSSR to demobilization of equipment with post TA
and/ or punch list activities. Store/ credit any materials surplus.
Recognize and remedy many obstacles in project planning/ execution of all magnitudes.
Capital/ TA/ Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler/ Construction Administrator (8/2005 to Present):
(2/2015 to Present) Braskem TA Planner (Mechanical in SAP/ Sharepoint).
(9/2014 to 2/2015): Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler/ Field Execution and TA Scheduler/
Quality Control at PBF Energy of NJ.
(11/2013 to 03/21/14): Capital Planner/ Scheduler for NuStar Energy Rail Rack Expansion.
(10/2013 to 11/2013): 2013 DCRC Coker and Crude Unit EWR Scheduler and Planner.
(3/2011 to 10/2013): 865 and 866 Catalyst Change with schedule maintenance. 15-2s Clark
and 15-2s Distillation Event. Simultaneously working the 231 (Expense and Capital) Units
with upcoming 1733/ 431/ 331/ 870 Units.
(6/2010 to 3/2011): PBF/ FWUSA’s Re-Start Event for NCC at Delaware City, DE. Duties
included forecasting/ tracking and reporting for the North side of the plant’s (FCCU, GAS
PLANT, CRUDE, SULFUR and COKER) units.

(12/2009 to 06/2010): 15-2, MEA and EC Flare at Sunoco’s 2010 Marcus Hook TA.
(3/2009 to 11/2009): Exchanger Coordinator/ Planner/ Scheduler for the Valero TA 2009
(Delaware City, DE) FCCU TA. Including the FCCU, Alky, Poly, CHNT, Ether, Butamer
Unit (full scope was 120 exchangers). Designed and cost estimated new bundle washing
facility (temporary vs. capitalized). Steel bolster design for fabrication completed and
coordinated with corresponding Hyster model selection.
(11/2006 to 03/2009): Sunoco (Philadelphia, PA) TAs: 231 Gulfiner (shot blast of heater
tube inside diameters and catalyst changes on two reactors); 1332 Regeneration, 866
Catalyst Change, 1332 2010 General TA and 1732 2010 General TA. Sunoco
(Philadelphia, PA) for the coordination of all mechanical work on the 210 Atmospheric and
Vacuum Unit turnaround.
(08/2005 to 11/2006): Sunoco (Philadelphia, PA) for the coordination of all capital work on
the 865 ULSD culminations with the 865 TA expense scope (catalyst change). Capital work
included 347SS Heater re-tube (Barrel and Convection Section) with equipment upgrades.
EWR Planner/ Scheduler for the Sunoco (Philadelphia, PA) 137 2006 TA.
