  1. We'll start with the bottom of the funnel. Why? Think about it like this: if you have leaks in a bucket or funnel, you want to fix the ones at the bottom first, right? If you fix the top first, you'll get less out of what you pour in because it will still spill out the bottom at the same rate. If you're leaking leads in your marketing, first, you want to start with where and how people are converting. Or, think about it another way: when you start a business, you focus on the storefront first. Then you promote it so people will discover it. The same is true of your online marketing. First, you want to focus on making sure your website is professional, smart, and optimized for conversions - and you want to shore up your lead management and follow-up. So let's talk about this in your business. How are you currently tracking the inbound leads that you are receiving from any of your marketing? What system do you have in place to insure that leads are contacted in a timely manner and that your team is following up to insure that those leads turn into customers? What about the people who contact you that are in the beginning of their buying process and are not yet ready to buy?

  3. In today’s fast-paced, always-on-the-go society, consumers are using their smart phones and mobile devices to search, surf, and socialize online. It is more important than ever that your website is clean, and functional, no matter what device the customer is on.
