Project : Shell Hijau Gasoil Project (Port Dickson) • Attend kick off meeting for project kick-start such as plant safety requirement, mobilization, project team introduction and etc. • Material purchase based on tender BQ and finalised the quantity when AFC document have been issued. • Rearrange all tender document and request for those document which not been issued during tender stage. • Study all related document with detail in order to finalised materials quantity. • Clarification for scope of supply for certain material which not stated clearly during tender stage and proposed material spec for approval. • Study vendor’s supply document as calibration and installation reference. • Attend weekly meeting with Fluor representatives for overall progress reporting. • Planning for site activities based on actual man power loading and submitted weekly look ahead schedule. • Lead for field installation activity such as Emerson’s transmitter, local instrument, analyser house, Foundation Fieldbus junction box with network trunk and etc. • Discussions with reactor vendor representative for procedures of reactor’s thermocouples installation. • Propose certain typical drawing such as panel support and proximity switch support bracket for approval. • Finalise instrument location on site with supervisor and Fluor’s site engineer. • Compilation of termination diagram and loop drawing for plant commissioning. e. Project : Flare Gas Recovery Unit project at Petronas Gas Processing Plant (Kerteh) • Material purchasing based on latest AFC drawing and submission of specification to be approved by main contractor. • Revise junction box GA drawings from supplier in order to meet client’s requirement. • Arrangement for calibration activity such as equipment with valid certificate, set up of test bench for PSV pop test by third party and proper storage for instrument after calibrated. • Power up and visual inspection for wireless transmitter. Proper calibrations only carry out after installed and configured of wireless gateway with DCS.
