Ingredients:
● 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1/2 cup heavy cream
● 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
​ Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both
sides.
​ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken
breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they are cooked
through and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and
set aside.
​ In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
​ Lower the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for a
couple of minutes.
​ Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and
creamy.
​ Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning the creamy
sauce over them.
​ Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the
flavors to meld.
​ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
