“Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. Your body doesn't know the difference. Words are energy and they cast spells. That's why it's called spelling. Change how you speak about yourself, and you can change your life.” -Bruce Lee. We are often our worst enemies our brains think approximately 2000 words per minute. In other words, we carry an internal dialog daily. Unfortunately, that dialogue is usually negative and consistently criticizing and evaluating all your actions. To succeed, you must learn to change that inner dialog to positive words, especially when expressing thoughts about yourself. Three fears also impact us every day. The fear of both being enough, the fear of not having enough, and the fear of uncertainty. These fears cannot be eliminated, but they can be managed. To stop criticizing yourself and to change your life for the better, you must practice positive self-affirmations daily.- Nelson Morales
