11. My View of the Market
Over the first half of the year:
Sales are up 25% compared to last year.
The inventory remains low compared to the activity.
The shortages in the market were compounded by the
activity, around 40% of the market was under contract for
most of the spring.
The conditions were perfect for price stabilization and
improvement. Low inventory and high demand.
Boulder County was ranked 10th best in the nation (out
of 306 metro areas) in home appreciation.
