9. Transaction Flow
➢ Client will have many customers for making disbursement like loan/salary/reimbursements
➢ Client will deposit consolidated funds to Safexpay pool account .
➢ Client will send request for payment along with client ID plus ref number with other details in API
➢ Safexpay will accept the request and accordingly process the payment to respective customer account
using IMPS/UPI API of bank.
➢ Safexpay will send confirmation along with reference number to Client. API will return failed response if
any details are wrong or funds are not available in account.
➢ Safexpay will provide API to check transaction status for every transactions
➢ Safexpay also provide portal to download transaction MIS report.
➢ Safexpay will raise monthly invoice to recover transaction charges or Client can pre-fund amount for
transaction charges.
