It is a great opportunity for YOU to impact their attitude for the day.
It is a great opportunity to share information in person.
It is a great time to recognize success. Don’t forget to recognize those that are
improving and not just the top performers.
You can also recognize something personal about team members – birthdays,
anniversaries, community involvement, etc.
It takes time to build an effective team. Give your huddles more impact
– Lead With Your Heart!
Most of the people have a mindset that Team huddles are nothing but just a 15-20 minutes activity
wherein all team members meet each other and get scolded or questioned by their bosses for poor
performance. But, team huddles carry more meaning than its usual definition. Lets understand the
importance of team huddles with the help of below mentioned points:

Updates- Process Related It actually gives you a platform to download new
updates like (product related updates- process specific) in one go which also
minimizes the chances of any miscommunication between advisers related to the
information.
HRMS Related: All the issues related to HRMS should also be discussed in a
huddle as most of the issues take place due to lack of activeness in updating shifts
timings and week offs.
Advisors can also be suggested to check their HRMS (Salary Tab) on a daily basis,
especially between 1st
to 7th
of every month to avoid any salary discrepancies.
Always remember: If you want them to go an extra mile for you, then they
expect double from you as you lead them.

Others: Every one loves variety so do your team members. It’s good to give
priorities to professional matters but it’s equally important to pamper your team with
a bit of sweetness. Below are few suggestions that a leader should keep in mind
while taking team huddles:
• Sometimes conduct a quick team huddle to discuss how to celebrate one’s birthday
in a team.
• Sometimes just appreciate one’s behavior in the team the way one dress, behaves,
his/her attendance record and reward them with something.
• A team huddle can also be conducted to say thanks and discuss problem related to
XYZ thing.
Always Remember: “ Speak in such a manner that others love to listen to you
and Listen in such a way that other would love to speak to you.
